Collingham Catering Services Ltd are authorised services agents for many leading catering equipment distributors and manufacturers. Our team of multi skilled service engineers are all CORGI registered and have extensive experience in the repair and maintenance of all types of Commercial Catering, Refrigeration and Laundry equipment.

Our engineers are available 363 days a year to provide service maintenance and repair facilities for all your Catering, Refrigeration, Laundry and Microwave equipment, either as a national contract or on a one of basis. We also have an ongoing programme to ensure our engineers undertake regular training and are kept up to date and abreast of changes in Catering Equipment Technology.

Our Service Management System provides our Service Co-ordinators easy access to customer records, equipment, faults and service history. Using this technology and flexibility to ensure we attend to your service call in the quickest possible time – usually the same day. Engineers are equipped with mobile telephones with hands-free kits to enable constant communication with the service co-ordinator at all times, for fast processing of calls for spares or technical information.

Our vehicles carry a comprehensive and extensive range of commonly replaced parts valued at over £4k, allowing our engineers to achieve a “first fix” on the majority of occasions. This is backed up by our warehouse stock which is in excess of £70k and complemented by our access to all leading manufacturer Spares Departments if and when required.

We can provide a total service solution, from ad hoc service calls to full maintenance and service breakdown to meet your requirements and budget. As an active member of CEDA (Catering Equipment Distributors Association) we have access to a nationwide service network through Cedacare.
